Terms of purchase

These terms cover purchases from the Jobs Demand Index, published by Fiduci Consulting Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in US dollars (USD).

Demand brief (US$1,500, one time)

• What you get: a written brief on the occupations you name at checkout, built from the same data and method as the index (see the sample brief).
• Delivery: by email within five (5) business days of payment. If we need anything to start, we write to you within one business day, and the five days start once we have it.
• Refunds: if we do not deliver within five business days, you get a full refund on request. Once the brief is delivered, it is not refundable.

Data licence (US$2,500 per year)

• What you get: the full occupation dataset with every signal, rating and basis, updated with each issue, for use inside your organization (see the sample data).
• Renewal: the licence renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We email you at least 30 days before each renewal.
• Cancellation: cancel at any time before your renewal date by writing to [email protected]. Access continues until the end of the paid year.
• Refunds: a full refund on request within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, and for renewals, payments are not refundable.
• Use: the licence is for your organization's internal analysis and reports. Republishing or reselling the dataset itself needs a separate agreement.

Independence

Buying a brief or a licence never changes a rating. Ratings are not paid for, sponsored or adjusted on request, as the method page sets out.

Our responsibility

The index describes hiring demand from public data. It is information to support your decisions, not advice for any individual decision, and we cannot promise any hiring, pay or business outcome from it. Our total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
